Fantastic experience. I was not even expecting to purchase a vehicle but Brandon was so engaging and professional our conversation lead to me test driving a Palisade that I was in love with. It was no pressure and he was knowledgeable and patient with me answering every question and concern I had from beginning to end. He walked me through finance with Matt and that experience was equally professional and friendly. He worked overtime to make sure I had the best rate available. This was my first purchase with Eastern Shore Hyundai and it was terrific. I was very eager to purchase the new 2024 Santa Fe as soon as it hit the sales floor, Robert M. was our sales consultant and he made certain this happened seamlessly.
