Recently while on a trip through Ohio I had a flat tire along I-90. I fortunately was close to Victory Hyundai when it occurred. It was late afternoon and wasn’t sure they’d be able to assist. When I called the service department the representative made sure a technician was still available. When I arrived shortly thereafter, Trinity met me in the service reception area. She told me they would immediately take the vehicle in and she also told me they would take care of an open recall. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciated the technician (Trent I think) coming out to explain the repair and to assure me the tire wasn’t damaged during a highway speed blowout. I highly recommend this Service team. I wish they were my servicing dealer.
