The Staff at Lexus of Northborough are top notch. They were extremely helpful answering all of my questions and going above and beyond to address my concerns. My expectations were meet and I was extremely impressed with the Service Management who serviced my LC500 providing me with detailed knowledge of this particular model. Val, our salesman, treated us excellently in our two visits to discuss the car and final visit to pick it up. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable and took the time to explain all options and details with my wife and me.
