I traveled down from upstate NY for a RX 2 weeks ago, it was a pleasure to work with these people. Paul Pollikoff and Jeremy greeted me at the entrance, Paul was very professional and my car was carefully detailed/waiting for me in the showroom, also he has prepared everything needed for out of state registration . The dealership itself is neat and spacious and I found it better than any of the Lexus dealers in upstate NY. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend this dealer to anybody.
Truly a pleasant buying experience. This very friendly dealership presented all the benefits of dealing with them right from the moment we walked in. Our salesman, Vince was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to show us all the gadgets and features in our used 2021 RX350L car purchase.
