2026 Lexus TX 500h 500h F Sport Luxury

My car was totaled due to an accident, thankfully, I have a dash cam, then the nightmare began. What car to buy, where to buy so, the dealership doesn’t take an advantage on me. I saw a car listing at Lexus of Westminster and required about it. My oh my, it was my lucky day that Alex picked up the phone. Alex was very friendly and professional. It was a downpour rainy day and by the time we arrived which was 15 minutes after we called. Alex had already pulled the car to a dry area so we could take our time to examine the car closely and most importantly, staying dry. This was my first car shopping day and luckily, it was the first day the car was for sale. The car was very clean and Alex took his time to explain all the bells and whistles on the car, nothing is too small to explain. Now comes to the negotiation part, most of the dealerships don’t negotiate because the said they use a “true value “ method. Alex was helping us on getting what we want, he took his time and helped us reach an agreement. I know, I know, you might say that’s why all car salesmen do. They are just playing a game with us or it was a down pouring day so, he has all the time in the world. I can feel the sincerity in his matter and voice, not the greasy hair salesman we saw on TV????. Even it was a down-pouring day and Alex already made the sale. He took the time to put that Lexus symbolic red bow on my car to surprise me, the one you saw in that Christmas commercial! This is my third Lexus, none of the other places took the time to do so. His after service was awesome too. He checks in on me and when I have a question regarding the car, he always reply’s in a timely manner. Unlike the other dealership, once you are out of the door, they disown you ????. I highly recommend Alex to anyone who wants a Lexus. Who you gonna call? Call Alex ( at Lexus of Westminster) ????.
