    I always have the best experience at Hilton Head Lexus location, Their facilities are great with a private waiting room with massage chairs (great to decompress when are waiting for service). Very professional staff. If you need a diligent service ask for Max.

    I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Lexus at Lexus Hilton Head, and I could not be more satisfied with the experience.     We purchased a used Mercedes. The salesman assured us that everything that was original to the car was included. He told us that no parts had been replaced or were missing though the vehicle had been in a minor accident. He assured us that the vehicle has been through a 52-point check. Arriving home, we found a trim piece was missing from the front bumper. The sales manager Philip Muzi committed to pay for the trim piece. The front driver’s door has a defective door hinge, which makes a creaking noise. One day after paying for the car, we discovered an issue with the trunk latch. If the button is pressed to close the trunk, it will not stay closed.
