My husband and I came to visit Naples with intentions of looking at the Lexus RX 350. Well, needless to say we left the dealership with a brand new Lexus thanks to our salesman, Orlando . He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and was able to meet our needs. I highly recommend Orlando to anyone looking for a car. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with, and hopefully, I will get to work with him again when it comes time for me to get a new car. Thank you to Orlando and the Lexus team!!! Ps .. week later my car is in service so I will update my review , so far there is only unfriendly receptionist here name is PAT when I came for service I ask for Orlando few times she ignore me and never called him , hour later when I ask her how long it will take she admit that she never called him ! I believe she ignore me only because I had a accent !!!! Because to other customers she was more friendly .so zero star for her ! But thanks to my salesmen :)
