After a very bad experience owning a GMC, and after doing months of research, we traded in our Sierra Denali and bought a brand new RX350h, and we love it! The car speaks for itself, but what made the whole experience great was the sales staff. Jonathon was friendly and knowledgeable and the whole purchase process was smooth. I've had it back in for an oil change and the service department was also spectacular. I showed up right at my appointment time and was out in just over an hour. Comfortable lounge and waiting area with complimentary hot and cold soft drinks and snacks. 10/10 my next car will be another Lexus and chances are it will be from these folks.
