My first contact on the phone was Britt and we arranged a time to test drive the Grand Highlander. I had a great experience from start to finish with Britt! She was quick to respond to any questions and gave me great insight to my new vehicle! I wasn't planning on buying the model I test drove but it was a perfect fit!
