Extremely satisfied with my experience! Kevin was my sales representative and was very knowledgable and kind. My little guy was getting tired and fussy, so Kevin made it a priority to move things forward after our deal was made. Ryan helped me with financing and we had conversations like friends, he did not try to sell me anything I did not need and was respectable of my decisions. I was offered plenty of food and drinks while there as well. You can tell that customer satisfaction is a priority at Toyota of Scranton... you can't go wrong!
