2026 Toyota Sienna Platinum 7-Passenger Hybrid AWD

My plan was to just window shop but I ended up purchasing a vehicle after test driving. Everyone at Newark Toyota World was great. Especially Aurora and the finance department! GIVE AURORA A RAISE!!! That lady is amazing!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!

I give Toyota World 10 stars! Jamar is wonderful! I originally made an appointment to have the cover of my front seat airbags fixed.place. He easily snapped it back in place without any issues. I then I asked if they could check my car to verify that it could make is across the country do to its high mileage. He informed me they would take a look at it, complete an oil change, and a tire rotation. He took consideration of the cost and not add on too many services vs other places I have been too. Later he verified that my car was perfect. The customer service and knowledge was amazing. I will definitely be going back for another oil change before my trip. Again 10 stars!!!

While past visits were not great, my latest appointment was much more positive. Dave Ferguson was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed and was very helpful. I truly appreciate his assistance and all he did to make it a positive experience. Kudos to Dave for Going Above and Beyond to make this a much more positive experience then past visits. I hope your management does something good for you as you truly exemplified what GREAT customer service is all about! God bless you.
