Nice place. Friendly and welcoming. Riley took great care in helping me narrow in on the best fit given my personal situation and goals. He even helped cover and clarify the finer details and aspects I was a bit rusty on. Overall, I arrived in need of a new car and left the dealership later that day with a new car. The process was simple and straightforward, and I couldn’t be happier with my new ride.

This was my 3rd purchase from Markquart Toyota. Abby M was great as always and made the process easy. Scott in finance was passive aggressive when I denied the warranty. His last words were “you’ve bought it on your last ones. Now watch this will be the one you’ll have lots of issues with” which seemed very condescending. Overall a good experience besides the finance portion.

Within minutes of speaking to Heather on the phone, she sent me a personalized “walk through” video directly to my phone of a Toyota Highlander that we had discussed. The video highlighted the features of the Highlander, and specifically addressed all the questions I had asked. I could not have asked for anything more.
