2026 Toyota Sienna

*Ask for Alex Kaftol* I’ve never felt comfortable at a car dealership. I always feel like they don’t care about anything other than making a sale. I tend to not understand most of what they’re talking about, and I end up not making a purchase because I feel unsure. Alex took time to educate me on the car I was interested in, as well as other vehicles, models, trim levels, and colors. He has a great deal of knowledge, and is able to adjust to the individual customer. For example, I know very little about cars, and I was shopping with someone who knows a lot. He answered both of our questions effortlessly and thoroughly. I was able to weigh my options and evaluate the pros and cons of purchasing off the lot vs. ordering a car. Once I purchased the vehicle he spent additional time walking me through its functions so I knew my way around. I love the car, and I really appreciated working with Alex.

I had been seriously looking for a gen 2 86 for the last couple months. All of the other dealers were charging high dealer markups. Heritage Toyota Ownings Mills was selling this gray GR86 for msrp, and I worked with Alex who is an excellent salesman! They gave me a good value for my trade in as well.

On February 4th 2024. I walked into Heritage Toyota Owings Mills, shortly after I was greeted by LaMont Matthews the general sales manager. I had spoke with him prior to my appointment, after that he introduced me to Katie Harold Sales and Leasing Consulting. Both LaMont and Katie were awesome and made me felt welcome. I had been out of the car buying experience for a while and didn’t know what to expect, but the minute I walked into the dealership was greeted and felt welcome so that was a good sign. I looked at dealership on line but that was the first dealership I walked into, once I talked to Katie I knew I was at the right dealership. Katie provided a great experience, she was knowledgeable with questions I had and provided awesome customer service. By the the end of that I had purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry!????
