I recently purchased a 2018 Audi SQ5 from this dealership, and I can’t say enough nice things about Rudy! I live over 1400mi away in Colorado and Rudy worked with me on every little detail about the car. He went above and beyond, he put it up on a lift and sent a video for me since I was concerned about typical east coast rust issues. He did everything in his power to make sure I was completely comfortable before I ever stepped foot on their lot. He worked with me on the numbers, was very responsive via text and calls, and to top it all off, he personally picked me up from the airport in the car on his day off so I could test drive it on the way to do paperwork at the dealership. I bought the car, drove it almost 1500mi home and did it with a smile on my face. No pushy tactics, no pressure, he just really wanted to get me into the right car.
