Went in there on January 15th first time by myself, James Prevost receipted me and went through the available cars that I’m interested in, and we have an eye on 2021 5 series. Talk about the basic information and left me with his contact. James left me with a great impression that helped our business. Second time we went in (me and my mom) to discuss about the pricing, warranty and other insurance. There we met Christine and Joe as managers that helped with financing and legal document paperwork. Really helped us through the processing and overcome difficulties. Great crew and great services from all three of them. The total buying process only take 2-3 days since they are very efficient and professional. The car is in great condition as well. Will definitely come back for future detailing and maintenance, recommend this place a lot !
