Always quick and.responsive. Their digital tools make it super easy and convenient to set appointments, receive estimates, deny or approve work and pay invoices. Great overall experience. They always thoroughly inspect your car for suggested repairs. However, keep in mind this is a luxury car dealer and they charge luxury rates. You are unlikely to get your least expensive estimate from The BMW Store. You do get expertise on your BMW which cannot be matched anywhere else. Their value is quality not being the cheapest option.

My experience at The BMW Store was absolutely fantastic. Tim Morrison was so great to work with and made the experience so easy. Even after the purchase I could count on Tim to follow up and check in. Susan and Eric were also extremely helpful. I’m loving my new car and know that I will definitely be a future customer of theirs.

I spent a lot of time debating on where to take my new BMW for service and I am so glad I brought it here. I work at a dealership and tend to believe I have very high standards. I was more than impressed with the service I received!!! The video inspection was a huge plus for me… it shows they go out of there way. Corey was awesome and easy to reach. The whole process from scheduling, the loaner, the appt, and after was flawless! I will be back to see Corey when I am due for service again.
