I visited the service department for an oil change and was promptly attended to. They have a comfortable waiting area. While my oil was being changed, I took a stroll around the showroom. Aaron B kindly showed me several impressive cars without being overly persistent or pressuring me to make a purchase. I will certainly return for any oil changes / service and appreciate the efficient service, convenient location, and friendly staff.

Thanks you dealership for not charging to repair this Mercedes Benz program defect which caused cruse control to quit whenever you didn't follow behind someone for an hour. It is also nice to have the correct speed limit showing on the dash. It only took MB 3 years to come up with what they termed to be NOT a recall. I give SF dealership a ????. I give MB corporate office a ???? for how they have dealt with this issue.

Great service, they don't haggle so the prices are what are listed on the cars. Transparent. I walked in knowing what I wanted, checked it out, drove it, signed for it and was good to go in only a couple hours. I can't speak on the side of the sales people while looking for cars and taking many test drives, but knowing what I wanted, they pulled it in right away, I test drove it with in ten minutes and was out and about my day in only a limited amount of time. Not knowing the BMW brand they offered to help with understanding more features and coming back when I have more time. My sales person (Kyle) was helpful, and let me talk his ear off, great conversation, efficient, and very easy to work with. Very glad with my purchase, will definitely be back for my next. Thanks folks!
