Came here for scheduled service and everything moved very smoothly. My Service Advisor, Victoria, was so friendly and checked in with me constantly regarding when my car would be finished as I had to leave by by a certain time. Like the other two BMW service centers I have been to, there was a bit of a line, even at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. Still, I liked that it was just a single line and they kept the line moving. This service center is not the closest to my house and therefore a bit of an inconvenience to come to. However, I may consider coming here in the future due to the level of service that I received.

I worked with Michael Thomas on the purchase of a used Subaru Outback and couldn’t be happier! I had found the vehicle on CarFax and when I inquired I was completely honest and told him I wasn’t ready to purchase right away. He asked if he could give me price updates to which I said yes, and after over a month I was ready to work out a deal. I asked for his out the door price, and it was exactly what I was presented with in finance. Absolutely no surprises in the process of purchasing my vehicle.
