He was very transparent with me as I was with him in explaining my wants and needs; he was professional, courteous, thorough with explaining the process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle and knowledgeable of BMW’s vehicles and their performances. In addition, once I received confirmation of the vehicle I wanted, I signed several documents with Nick! The professionalism continued as I entered his office.
