    Bought my car from out of state. Robert Howry and the team of BMW of Lancaster did an awesome job. Very fair and straightforward to work with. Communication and prompt responses. Also had a BMW tech expert help me at pick up to get the most out of the tech. They even answer my follow up questions months later promptly after the sale. Great team of folks with great product. Definitely would work with Robert again at BMW of Lancaster!

    I had the best car buying experience here! Seth Lewis was THE best and genuinely listened to what I wanted for my dream SUV and worked with my budget….which lead us to build our X5! The whole car building process was seamless and finished in about a month’s time! When my Husband and I came to pick up the SUV I was provided thorough knowledge of how all the electronics worked and the layout of the vehicle itself! I would 10/10 recommend this dealership!

    Still the best! They keep working in a fantastic manner. Still great! Top class place, service and team. Welcoming, friendly and professional. I loved how transparent they were on the service and needs of my car. Yes, this is a higher end brand, but even with that some brands miss the "customer experience", here Brett was a rock star ????????
