I bought a car here in March 2022. A stunning 2009 BMW 128i. Red. Convertible. 6 Cylinder (and I like power). I fell in love when I saw it online. Now, not to take away from a good review, I need to give some back story. There have been issues (I was mostly concerned at this point by the hiccups in the transmission at lower speeds) and I felt too many issues coming from a dealership. Long story short, I ended up speaking to Rusty Drewing. He was very gracious and willing to hear my concerns because this is his name and reputation as a business owner. He made no hesitations in offering to have my car completely looked over and hooked up to be scanned. He gave Jeff (the manager at BMW Columbia) my number. Jeff called me the next morning and we set up a time to bring my car in. Then we had an ice event and Jeff was accommodating in me rescheduling to the next day. There I met Jonah in the service department. Very lovely and patient man. He asked all the questions to understand. They drove it, hooked it up.and found no codes. They kept it to check again the next morning. Still seemed fine. I went to pick it up (in a fabulous loaner btw...gorgeous and all the options). When I got there they had completely detailed my car and put on my new trunk ornament (because my old one had paint peeling). I feel confident that my car is fine and safe due to the customer service and care provided. I appreciate that Rusty, Jeff, and Jonah took the time to listen to my concerns. Maybe someday I can buy another newer bright red Convertible from them because I would.
