I had a fantastic buying experience at Knauz BMW. The salesman that helped us, Matt Pudlo, found and educated us on the used 3-series that we seen on their website and after appraising my trade-in vehicle, Matt was able to put together a numbers matrix so we could see some different payment options in no time. After seeing where the payments came out Matt mentioned that the new 2024 3-series' were coming out to about the same payment with a special that was running at the time. After finding the right car for us and getting my information we where in and out, and I had a new car to drive home. Peter; the finance manager that explained the contract to us, and Matt; our salesman, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They made the experience very calm, straight-forward and enjoyable!
Wonderful experience with Marek Gryc and the team at Karl Knauz BMW. Just purchased a 330i. Smooth and transparent process. Worked with Matt Pudlo for my M3 and I would have given him six stars if it was allowed. I am out of state and Matt ensured I had the best service from the time I ordered the car to the time of dispatching it in a truck to me. The level of communications was exceptional.
