We LOVE our new to us BMW from these guys. Talk about first class service. The operator took my call, then sent us to "sales" where she pre-screened me, then she got me over to the manager. This was a smooth operation in the best of ways. I expected (because who doesn't?) a cluster. And instead I got smooth sailing. Andrew set our expectations and exceeded them every step of the way. I have been considering buying a BMW as I have owned them in the past.
