Carrie was absolutely amazing! I showed up on the wrong day of my appointment like a goober ????. She was able to get my vehicle serviced, and provided me a loaner vehicle. The staff there are personable and friendly.

Got a great deal on a 2024 i7 xDrive60. I was treated with dignity and respect from beginning to the end…and after I had already taken the vehicle. I highly recommend BMW of Mobile to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I drove 7 hours to get my vehicle because I was so impressed with the customer service. I worked mostly with Arthur Gladwin and Marianne Castleberry and they were super professional and extremely awesome. I will be a repeat customer.

I just leased my 3rd new BMW from BMW of Mobile - we’ve had cars from them in 2018, 2021, and now in 2024. I live in the New Orleans area, and there are 3 other dealerships within about an hour drive of my location. Still I go to Mobile because they have the best selection of cars with packages you’ll actually want and fantastic staff. Jeff the finance manager worked all 3 of my deals with very fair prices and lease terms. Alex my sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with. I dare say getting our new i4 was fun rather than stressful. Since when is the dealership experience actually fun?! Thank you very much Jeff and Alex! I hope to see you guys again in 2027 ????
