Jimmy T. was very easy and pleasant to work with. His enthusiasm in showing us the different fun features of the car tells us he enjoys his work. It's always so much nicer interacting with someone who likes their work! Carlos, the product specialist was very helpful in walking me through the rest of the special features and I was able to reach him with questions and get answers via text. Makes things so much more efficient. The place was clean and spacious. Overall friendly staff. We highly recommend this dealership.

I am a returning customer, and wanted to share my great experience with the BMW dealership.(SB Auto Group) I can honestly say that working with Jimmy and the team from start to finish was fantastic! Jimmy was knowledgeable, friendly and was patient while we all figured out the best fit for us. He was helpful in us making a decision. He then handed me over to Carlos who was a lovely young man, patient and sweet, and helpful, and helped me download the My BMW App, and guided me through the entire thing. He also checked in with me to say that he’s there for any questions I may have regarding the vehicle. Jimmy also checked in to make sure things were good and informed me that the cargo mat was ready for pick up. All in all I can say that my experience was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you! I will continue to be a SB Auto Group customer.
