2026 BMW X3

After going to multiple dealers and wasting my time, I’m happy to have found Jason Pemberton at BMW of Coconut Creek. As a first time BMW owner, Jason was extremely professional and made the car buying process smooth and straightforward. I had seen a car in transit to the dealer on the BMW website, and shortly after initiated a conversation electronically to ensure all of my questions were answered prior to arriving. Jason was extremely understanding and even went the extra mile to discuss numbers with me so I didn’t waste my time since I lived far from the dealership. Jason was patient and took his time answering my questions and even reached out the second the car arrived on the lot. Upon my arrival to the dealer, the whole team was super nice and welcoming. I will say the numbers were right and the best compared to the other dealerships I visited. Jason went above and beyond and even gifted me a black license plate frame to match the sporty car, since I expressed the standard silver one wasn’t catching my attention. In addition, I have had 2 other cars in the past and have never had someone put a bow on the car, but Jason gave me that experience as well. Little things like that go a long long way and make the experience that much more special. I have no hesitation to reach out to Jason and the rest of the team at BMW of Coconut Creek, I know they are genuine and happy to assist their customers at any given day. I have been in love with my BMW X2 M35i. Thank you again to Jason and the general manager for making my experience a memorable one. You made this girl happy!

This dealership gets 5 stars from me! I cold called this Florida dealership from Pittsburgh, PA and a salesperson named Cornelius immediately sent me some videos and pictures. I knew I had to have it! I worked with several professional members of this dealership to finalize this purchase. The Finance department was led by Bill Currin, who was outstanding with every aspect of details and communication! Thank you Bill! Once the details were completed… the sales Manager Jamie did his magic making sure all of our needs were taken care of without hesitation… thank you Jamie. Raymond was excellent from start to finish ! He made the entire process very easy. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely recommend BMW of coconut creek ! I’m very happy with my X7 ! So i got a nail on my tire after 2 weeks driving it and Steven Ruth in service was amazing ! His service was 5 stars !!!
