I was in for a windshield replacement this time. After some back and forth with the insurance company (who made it a little opaque that I could get coverage for work done at a BMW dealership rather than at their preferred facility) and a delay due to an employee who departed mid-way through the process, things went quick and smooth. As always, the quality of service was top notch. The new BMW windshield is perfect with no issues related to cameras, heads-up displays, or other issues. Tony was very fast and efficient in dealing with the problem.
Amazing buying experience at BMW of Columbia! As expected, a professional and friendly staff. The level of knowledge everyone I conversed with was reassuring and informative. From the first email to the follow up after my purchase was with the same level of enthusiasm and customer service. Highly recommend this dealership. This is my 3rd visit here and so far the best by far. I can relate to the poor customer service experience the ethnic customers have been posting about. This time, I found Matthew! When I walked in, like the last 2 times, 1 rep was on the phone, head down, 1 rep was helping a customer, 2 ladies there appeared to be more interested in their computers than helping me…but Matt…although he too was on a call, took the time to let me know that someone would be with me in a moment. As I’m waiting, another patron comes in behind me and is waiting. Charles, another rep comes up the counter and immediately asks the lady behind me if she has been helped. Never acknowledged I was there waiting too. When Matthew completed his call, he immediately offered me the best customer service I’ve experienced here to date. He was courteous, knowledgeable & beyond helpful. I have to wonder why he is not the Lead in this area so others on that department can learn what customer satisfaction and retention looks like. So to Adam the GM, if you need another “coaching moment”, let Matthew demonstrate it. Soooo Ladies, when you go back here…demand to work with Matthew. He’s just the breath of fresh air you will need to have your faith restored in customer service!
