2026 BMW X3 30 XDRIVE

I have had a few of experiences with this this dealership. Once looking at a car. The sales person was extremely polite and followed up according to the schedule that I set a not aggressively. The other 2 times was with parts and service. My last visit was with Ben, a service manager. WOW! What amazing service. Great communication. And worked hard to make sure I got what I needed to make sure my wife's car would be safe and reliable for years to come. Kudos to all!

I purchase my BMW X4 from the Pleasant Grove BMW Dealer back in 2016. Since then, they have serviced my vehicle and have done an excellent job. I have never let another mechanic shop work on my vehicle because of the trust and skilled service they have provided and earned. I am more than confident they hire the best and most skilled technicians in the industry.

BMW of Pleasant Grove was every bit as great as I expected. I am accustomed to great service at my previous dealers back East and my new dealer did not disappoint. Service was friendly and professional. The communication with my service advisor, Jonathan, was excellent, and my vehicle was ready to go at the promised time frame. I will be back to service my other vehicle soon.
