It wasn’t getting lucky with a seasoned sales rep because I talked with several employees during my time there and all were knowledgeable, personable and didn’t come with the “I need to make my quota” mindset. They don’t go behind the curtain for 20 hours coming back with cooked numbers nor do they robotically push for the sale. My rep was Donavan and he was amazing to work with. Once we decided on a car and started the paperwork process, he handled the car insurance adder directly with my insurance agent and guided me through the boiler plate activities remotely, thus saving me time for when I had to be at the dealership for closing paperwork.
