A wonderfully ran dealership. I’ve been taking my X3M here for service since I came to Dallas a year ago. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need and have always provided me with loaner cars. Their turnaround time is quick and I always get a clean car back. Steven has been my rep on multiple occasions and has been a pleasure to work with. Today I purchased a new higher end vehicle. The sales rep, Harrison, was kind the entire time and with my constant in depth questions he was honest if he didn’t know an answer and grabbed any number of other particular people who were experts on that specific question. The loan process was incredibly easy and he didn’t try to sell me things he knew I didn’t need based on our discussions of my plans for the car. I left feeling like I got a fair deal on a car I loved. The after sales process was great as well. Mo spent ample time with me in the car showing me everything that was new and let me ask as many questions as I want. All around wonderful experience and I’m not sure I’ll shop anywhere else for my BMW needs in the future. Thank you!!
