I wrote about my experience last week, but I have more to add. Pat lamora, the manager of Kendall Ford called and we spoke frankly about how we felt about our treatment. He apologized and offered to make things right. Their shop fixed problems that we had noticed and made good on promises that we felt had not been honored. The shop even fixed a price of body trim that came loose four days after we purchased the car. That was more than they were obligated to do.while they were working on the van, we discovered that the cover that is supposed to act as a lid when the back seat is stowed was missing. The body man took a picture and said he would see what he can do. I am impressed by Kendall Ford's efforts to reverse our initial impression. We amend our 3 stars to 5. In addition, If they fix the problems they noticed during the service on Friday, we will begin our search for my next car at Kendall.
