I have purchased 4 cars from dealerships prior to coming into Niello BMW Sacramento. My experience at Niello was not only better than the rest of Them, but quicker, more efficient and just a lot more practical and easy. I told Maria/Fernanda exactly what I wanted and what my expectations were, and she stayed within my budget, and exceeded my expectations by finding even an newer car but same model with the features I asked for. This was the fastest yet most pleasant experience of purchasing a car. Everyone at the dealership was super nice and profesional. I will definitely be coming here and receding my friends to this location.

At Niello BMI, I had the best sales person ever. Jeff Holt not only explained all the best ways to buy and have the beautiful red mini with black stripes, but he personally negotiated to get me the lowest monthly cost possible. He was so personable and I never felt like he was pushy. He even found out for me, since I told him I am vegan, that this car I wanted to buy is vegan. He was delightful and answered all my questions. He even gave me a decent price for my Fiat.
