Great dealer and great people! If you’re considering a new BMW then you need to stop at BMW of North Canton! I’m an extremely picky person who has worked in the car industry for many years and I can confidently say they will give you a fair deal and treat you with the utmost respect. I shopped at a few different BMW dealers just to compare the pricing and experiences. Every time I walked in, someone greeted me professionally and would assist me any way they could. I always left with a clear understanding of the next part of the process and what options I had. BMW of North Canton was by far the best experience out of all of the places I went. My salesman Paul was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. He was very attentive, caring , and of course helpful. He was in no way pushy or condescending. I was constantly asking him questions and for information regarding the vehicle I special ordered and there was not one time where he made me feel like I was bothering him. Please know that there are still great dealers out there that do not use scare tactics and this is one of them! I would highly recommend BMW of North Canton!

I had been researching new cars for a couple months. I went to BMW of North Canton to test drive an X1 and Chris was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I brought my husband back the next day for a second test drive and Chris was again excellent! The whole process was so smooth and pleasant, I would absolutely recommend a new BMW from here! I LOVE my new X1!

Great experience! Everyone I interacted was quick, professional and very laid back. No pressure was felt at any time. Paul answered all my questions and never got frustrated even though I asked for info on several cars and various financing models on each.
