First new car buying experience and it was EXCELLENT! Credit is less than great but we were never treated like less than VIP’s. No high pressure, nothing shady. I told them I was a straight shooter and they were too. ALEXIS IS A SUPER STAR!!! Best sales person ever. If you’re gonna buy here, ask for her. I’m sure everyone else is good but Alexis will make your car buying experience a DREAM. My 2024 Soul is worry free (including dents, dings, and interior rips, tears or stains) for 3 years. We even got the maintenance package so that’s covered. Ask for this, not everybody knows about it. We loved KoP and Alexis so much were buying ANOTHER new car there this week. I can’t say enough great things.
Had a great time buying a certified used Sorento Hybrid with Kia of Portland. Rafael was a pleasure to work with. No pressure sales tactics, down to earth, very knowledgeable. The other staff who helped with the purchase were great as well. Negotiating was fair and straightforward. The whole process was quick and painless and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with the staff while we waited on paperwork, etc. I'd be more than happy to do business with them again.
The experience we had here was day and night from Keifer Kia in Eugene. They helped us so much and were so kind and apologetic for the bad experiences we had at the other dealership. They were straight forward and helped us get to our dream car. Every second we were there was filled with pleasant conversations and good deals. Jeff, Chris, and unfortunately I forget the last man's name in Financing as it was getting late and we had a day getting the run around at Keifer Kia Eugene my brain was fried at that point, but everyone we met was amazing, and those we didn't meet that were helping behind the scenes were all amazing as well helping us get any deals they could. Even though it's at least a 2 hour drive for us to go there, I forsee that we will be coming back for our future buying car needs.
