Jesus at Kia Paso Robles was hands down the BEST person to work with when looking to buy a car. We had a terrible experience at a different dealership when trying to buy our EV9 at that location. We drove an hour to see Jesus at Paso Robles Kia & let me tell you, best decision we could have made! Jesus listened to us, respected us, took his time, communicated with us every step of the way & did what he said he would do! We felt very welcome by all the staff at that location. We were even offered homemade fudge by one of the associates there! The manager/owner took the time to chat with us and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this Kia location and Jesus when looking for your next car! Very kind man.

We have been taking our KIA to this dealership since we moved into the area. They have been, for the most part really good. This past visit was excellent. Reese, the service advisor was great. He greeted me, explained what the service included and kept me posted as I waited. In the past, we have had not so good customer service, but it seems they have improved. Thanks for taking care of us!
