Overall, we had a great experience at Russ Darrow Kia Wauwatosa! We were so happy to be able to get our new car. The sales staff are extremely kind! Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and helpful. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because of how LONG everything took. As soon as the representative we were working with (be it sales manager or other staff m) would walk away, it would be at least 10 to 15 minutes of waiting. And this happened often. To ask a question, to sign a paper…. It took forever. We had completed a credit application and agreed on a price for our car over the phone before we came in, and still we were at the dealership close to four hours. Other than it taking an extremely long time, we had a great experience and would recommend Scott as your salesman a hundred times over!

Valencia Wallace and Steve Gardner made my car buying process as smooth as possible. Worked out a fair price on the Toyota 86 TRD and I’m am happy as ever. Thank you guys. I would definitely buy a car from this place again.
