I purchased a 3rd party warranty when I purchased my vehicle out of state. When I came in to have some repairs done, the warranty company refused to cover the costs of the repairs, despite clearly being listed in their coverage. Trent shared with me what they had said, and then took it upon himself to take extra pictures, interface with the warranty company, and make sure that I got the coverage I had paid for. He was amazing and I am SO GRATEFUL for his help!
