This has been the best car buying experience i have ever had. Eddie, Wes and James were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and so kind. Eddie was our salesman and he never pushed anything on us, knew so much about the car we were interested in and was completely transparent about everything. Wes helped to get us the perfect price and the perfect lender so we could stay in budget, and James was a wealth of advise and help with the financials as well as very personable. They all took such good care of us that we will never shop at another dealership again. In fact I'll be recommending them to everyone.

On the holiday weekend, it was Good Friday, my son was visiting from Columbia. The concern with the car was the oil light. The mechanics and staff; Ryan Stuble General Manager,, Matt Service Manager, Will, Daniel were excellent at Kia of Myrtle Beach. They checked out the vehicle and advised us that most likely it would be the sensor leaking the oil, other places we went to said it was the oil pan. After the diagnostic, it was the sensor leaking the oil, the team at Kia of Myrtle Beach took action repaired my son‘s car, please note this repair was done on a holiday weekend, (Good Friday ). I cannot express the excellent service that was given to my son and I, we felt like family the minute we walked into the dealership for the first time. I can’t thank them enough at this facility.
