Shoutout to Jeff Cohen for making it happen! The numbers were as promised, i showed up and the experience was wonderful!!! Augie took care of me at the start and at the end, great guy and seemed very genuine for the entire process. Explained everything thoroughly and broke down all the features of the car. The whole staff itself made it feel very welcoming. I am post bankruptcy about 6 months and i was struggling to get approved anywhere. These guys gave me a chance and made it happen, i am so thankful for this entire team and dealership. Seriously a one of a kind experience and i will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know. I felt comfortable the whole time, everyone was very welcoming and saying hello etc. When you decide on the car, they let you hit the gong ! Like the whole experience of getting a new car is a dopamine rush and they all made the experience a memorable day. Thank you Kia Car Pros for giving me a chance?i appreciate all of you! ????? Absolutely Incredible Experience – Like Disneyland for Car Buying! I don’t even know where to start. From the moment I walked into Car Pros Kia Huntington Beach, I was treated like royalty. This wasn’t your typical “let’s see what we can get out of this guy” dealership vibe. It felt genuine, professional, and honestly refreshing. First off, I have to give major credit to Mauricio, the General Manager. He didn’t just introduce me to someone and disappear like I’ve experienced at other dealerships (looking at you, Toyota ?). He personally set me up with an amazing team and stayed involved throughout the entire process. He checked in with his staff to see how everything was going, made sure I was taken care of, and even offered refreshments. That level of leadership sets the tone for the entire dealership. Now let’s talk about my salesperson, Yaerin Kim. This woman deserves a promotion. Seriously. Before coming here, I visited three other dealerships, and every single one told me the package and add-ons I wanted were impossible because the car was “already premade that way.” Basically, I kept hearing “No.” But Yaerin? She never once told me no. She listened. She understood exactly what I wanted. Then she calmly said, “Give me a couple of days.” Honestly, I didn’t expect a callback. Then I get a phone call… “Mr. CHON, I have your car ready.” ? I was in shock. I still don’t know how she made it happen, but she did the impossible. I would’ve given her a hug, but my wife might’ve had something to say about that ?. That level of dedication and follow-through is rare in this industry. When it came to pricing, Leon, the Sales Manager, was straightforward and transparent. Yes, we went back and forth—but it wasn’t haggling or pressure. It was a real conversation about options. With my 790 credit score (which they said was solid), he laid out scenarios: • $0 down • $5,000 down • $10,000 down And here’s what impressed me most: He honestly told me it made more sense to put $0 down, since the payment difference wasn’t huge (about $150). Instead of tying up cash just to lower the monthly a little, he suggested keeping my money and paying extra toward the principal when I wanted to. That kind of advice shows they’re thinking long-term for the customer, not just trying to close a deal. The entire experience felt like Disneyland—smooth, exciting, and memorable. The energy, the professionalism, and the respect I received from everyone there made this one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. Sure, the coffee isn’t Starbucks level ??… But the sales team? Absolutely five-star. I would 100% come back and highly recommend Car Pros Kia Huntington Beach to anyone looking for a dealership that actually cares about its customers. Excellent Experience at Car Pros Huntington Beach I had a great experience at Car Pros Huntington Beach from start to finish. Everyone was genuinely nice, friendly, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and my sales representative, Dameon, took the time to really understand my needs. He patiently explained every detail related to the car—especially around safety features, security, and how everything works. He never rushed me, consistently checked if I had questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. A special shoutout to Jimmy in finance—he is truly a pro. He answered all my questions clearly, double-checked multiple details for me, and completed the entire finance process in about 30 minutes without any pressure or confusion. Extremely efficient and trustworthy. I also appreciated how genuine and polite the owner was—very welcoming and approachable, which says a lot about the culture of the dealership.
