Shakir made me feel safe and secure with my trade in and with purchasing a new vehicle. I came in with a 2017 and left in a 2024 with a lower apr rate from the currrent apr of 19% down to 10.5%. The process was quick as soon as i was approved i went to service department and finance and completed a test drive and then i was ready to take my new car home.
