Recently purchase a Kia with Cesar. He was patient and willing to work with us. We also had the help of sandy between paperwork and explaining features of the car before we left the lot. Both employees were nice and patient and always helpful. Love our car!

Great buying experience with Tania and Salvador. This place was so easy going and didn't play any games . They were so upfront about numbers and everything was so easy and stress free. We had been car shopping forever and for the most part it had been an absolute nightmare so this was a breath of fresh air. My sister in-law also told me they were going to get a Kia as soon as their lease was up on their car now and I let them know they HAD to go here to get it. I am in love with my vehicle, and very satisfied with the customer service. Rachel was such a big help made the precess quick and easy. She is also very knowledgeable and always open to answering any question. I have gone to her over the years and every time I come out very happy. I definitely would have given Rachel more stars, but there is only 5. I high recommend working with her best . I also worked with Luke he took the time to go over the features my Kia has. I am not very good at technology, he made me feel comfortable leaving with my car knowing what every button on there was for. He answered my questions, and he had a lot of patience for me, with my repetitive questions. Luis had my contracts ready to go as soon as I was approved. He was very knowledgeable and very professional with his service he provided. I highly recommend Citrus Kia !
