I’m a single mom with not a great deal of time on my hands. I was needing to purchase a second vehicle due to my oldest starting to drive. Clint from Dennis Eakin understood this and helped me by conversing via text prior to my arrival, helping me feel confident that this vehicle is the one I wanted before traveling an hour to get there. During the buying process, he was friendly and very open to explaining any questions I had in regards to the car. When we first started the car buying experience I was already apprehensive bc we had been taken advantage of at another dealership. So I made myself very aware, that it would never happen again. Needless to say I wasn’t the easiest customer. But when I say Dennis Eakin Kia turned my whole experience around, that is an understatement. From the time Jeff our salesman introduced himself. To wrapping up the deal with Mario. It was an overall wonderful experience. They knew I had trauma from car buying, and they were very attentive to that. They made sure I was clear on everything going on. They got the car I wanted from their other lot in Lufkin. They never once made me feel pressured to make a quick decision without knowing every detail. Jeff was so friendly, and so patient. And had other customers come in to look at more cars. Which told me he has repeat customers for a REASON. He also updated me every step of the way as they were picking my car up, when it was delivered. And had it detailed and gassed up before I even arrived! Mario the finance man was super friendly as well. Anything we didn’t understand, he took the time to break it down to where we did understand. He never pressured us to buy anything extra that we weren’t interested in. But did make sure we were clear on everything they offered. We felt truly appreciated and we were part of their Kia family. Thank you Jeff, Mario, and all other team mates that helped make this truly the best car buying experience we have ever had! We will certainly be back to buy again in the future!!
