I just brought my 2013 Kia Sorento in for a recall. Everyone is friendly and professional. Jasmine was my service advisor. She was very helpful. The waiting area is well setup with plenty of drinks and snacks available to customers, free of charge. The restrooms were clean. This place is BUSY!

Recently had my ‘13 Optima into Roseville Kia, for a recall. During the appointment, the service was more than satisfactory … they got the vehicle done in a timely manner, the receptionist was very informative in keeping me updated on the vehicle, and they had directed me to different places within walking distance to either sit, relax, and wait or go grab a bite to eat. I had been to another local Kia dealership in the area previously for recall work … and was very unimpressed with the level of service from the service team at the location. Roseville Kia, has earned my trust and a gained a new customer.

My most recent interactions with Kia service center was great, I was greeted upon my arrival even though everyone was busy. Just a short time it was my turn. Joy was very down to earth and went threw everything, including checking for any recalls, letting me know what service at thatvtine was needed, and asking if I had any issues with the vehicle u to thatvpoint that I may have needed addressed. I informed Joy that I was not hanging around but would be local, so as soon as the vehicle was done she called me and let me know. The final paperwork was explained to me and we have a few good laughs and I was on my way.
