We initially worked with Lorenzo via phone/texts that first night before visiting the dealership the following afternoon. He sent me a detailed video of the car that we were interested in and was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. The next day I called the dealership and spoke with Gerald, the general sales manager. I can not say enough good things about him! He was honest, patient, straight-forward and negotiated a deal that worked for both of us. We headed to the dealership, where Marquell our salesman, showed us the car, thoroughly explained it's options and navigated the paperwork to make the purchase feel effortless on our end. From start to finish, all of the staff at Courage Kia displayed great communication and were helpful and professional.
