Had a great experience at Commonwealth Kia with Jay Nunez! 10/10! I was “just looking” but of course i ended up buying my first car! Right off the bat Jay came out and gave us some waters in the heat and got the process going. He was friendly, personable, educated, and really outgoing and funny. He made the process fun and easy. Jay understood my budget and helped me get exacrky what i needed. Jay was very communicative and kept me updated about when the car would be ready for pickup. He expedited the process for me and my car was ready in less than 48 hours! Upon pickup, Jay helped show me everything in and outside of the car and all the features which i highly appreciate. I am so excited to finally have a new car and i can thank Jay, and the rest of the team including Max (finance) and the Kia manager (i forget his name). Both also extremely helpful in the process. ????????????????????????

This was my first time servicing my 2023 KIA Telluride here at Commonwealth KIA. I had been servicing my vehicle at the dealership that I purchased from because I used to work in the dealer group in sales and service and it was convenient for me. But I live in Tewksbury and Commonwealth is just a red light and a stop sign away from me on 495. I did everything online to schedule the service appointment and got an email from my service advisor Lucas followed up by a phone call. We went over what I needed done and my appointment was scheduled. The day I was supposed to drop I was stuck at work and I just had the car towed in. I messaged Lucas and let him know. He emailed me when the car arrived and said that he would reach out as soon as the car was done. The next morning I got a call ant around 9:30 that the car was ready to go The communication with Lucas was top notch. The service was speedy and all of my issues were taken care of. Then I came to pick up and it was my first time actually being in the dealership and Jesse in service was super friendly and he took care of 1 minor issue with my vehicle. Also while I was there I had a question for parts and Dave in parts made sure to get me all the information I needed and made a full parts quote for me so I could know exactly what I needed. As someone who has been working in the automotive industry for around 20 years I can say that a I had a great experience at Commonwealth and I left happy and confident that my vehicle is in good hands. Thanks!
