Mr. James Carr was the salesman that really helped me out. He was very attentive, kept me informed and kept checking on me until I drove off in my new (used) car that I'm very happy with. Me. Saul I'm not sure I'm spelling his name right who went over the contract and signed as authorized representative was also very nice. They both even gave me cards and phone numbers to call for insurance. I highly recommend this place when wanting to purchase a new or used car. Everyone was nice that I came in contact with today. After doing extensive research for approximately 6 months, I knew, without a doubt, I wanted a 2024 Kia Sportage SX-Prestige. I also found that all Kia dealerships are not the same and do not offer the same specials. After contacting a couple of dealerships, I contacted "Clay Cooley Kia" via text. Immediately I received a text asking permission was it alright to contact me via text and/or phone. After confirming, “YES”, I received a text and phone call from salesperson Stephen Samuel. Stephen was very personable, knowledgeable and patient. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he said they did not have it in stock, however, a couple of Sportage SX-Prestige should be arriving in a couple of days. He asked if it would be okay to call and text me pictures when the vehicle arrived. The very next day, Stephen contacted me and sent me pictures of the vehicle. He asked when I would be available to come in. I told him I would be at the dealership that day. Once at the dealership, Stephen greeted my daughter and I warmly. We asked him a myriad of questions and he answered them clearly and concisely. Also, he had the car ready for us to test drive. I knew, coming in, that I had a unique situation, which could potentially be an issue with me getting my dream car. Stephen introduced me to Andre Starks, General Sales Manager, and Andrew Hawkins, Finance Manager. Those three gentlemen became my "Kia Dream Team." Collectively the three of them worked tirelessly to ensure that I had a deal that was favorable to all parties. What I liked was I was not pressured or rushed. My “Kia Dream Team” was instrumental in me becoming a part of the "Clay Cooley Kia Family!" I have received follow-up text/phone calls to see how I’m managing with the car. My entire experience was great and relatively fast. I would absolutely recommend "Clay Cooley Kia". Great customer service and reasonable priced. They sell cars cheaper when compared to the other dealers. I bought 2 cars with them and each time I saved about 4K. If you are looking for EV9, they already have a couple at the dealership.
