Everyone was very nice.. and yes we drove away in a new car... Yayyyy. Our salesman was very kind and helpful. Thank you Cory..... The next day... We are very upset and we hope Berlin City takes care of it asap.. Now we have to go back.. That's another price for the ferry and gas... It's just not right. Trying to help out daughter, a single mom with two children.. Come on people... Have a honest heart..

I've bought many cars over the years and Berlin City Kia was a 5 star experience. My salesperson, Cory Parsons, was so helpful. I bought 2 cars with 1 trade in and he made it all happen smoothly and efficiently. The finance managers Chad and Kyle were also efficient, mindful of time limitations, and no high pressure from anyone. Great experience
