I must say the wife and I had an excellent experience with Luke, Naz and Chris at Southern Kia. Although it took 3 visits, with two being very long, we got the Telluride she wanted at even a better price that she and I agreed to before leaving home. I don’t care where you go, purchasing a vehicle is only second in stressfulness to buying a house. This experience was no different. There were lots of great conversations and waiting for number to be met so both side could be happy. We did and my wife’s birthday gift was delivered a few days earlier than her actual birthday but her smile is beautiful.

Sale was quick, love the 200 mile warranty, did not like how much I was offered for my trade in. If your car is payed off, sell it privately and then purchase.

Noah, Becky and the rest of the team in the parts and service department moved mountains and worked absolute miracles to get my side mirror replaced so that I could travel home for a family emergency. The compassion and teamwork they showed to get the job done was amazing! Far and above anything I could have ever hoped for! They were so nice, responsive and kept in constant communication. Real customer service is definitely alive and well with this team!
