We love our newest addition to our Kia family. We added a PHEV Sportage to our garage alongside our Telluride. Kia continues to knock it out of the park with their cars. Once we decided to buy our PHEV Sportage, we initially visited another dealership in the region that gave us a bad vibe. Even though they had the exact car we wanted on the lot, we just weren’t comfortable doing business with them. We reached out to the Preston team and immediately felt right at home. James Clark was the first to take my call. He wanted to make sure we were happy, he found the exact same car we wanted at another dealership in NY and made a trade with them to get it here at no cost to us. He then handed us off to Tony Perry to close the deal. Both gentlemen made us feel like family and the entire process was smooth and painless. No high pressure sales tactics here. Preston is so worth the drive for anyone in northeast Ohio.

This was by far the best experience we’ve had purchasing a car. Everyone in the building helped us at different points throughout the day. Todd was incredibly easy to work with, and answered every question about every option there was to get us in a car with a payment we were comfortable with. He couldn’t have been more helpful. We never felt pressure at any time. Just a wonderful experience. This dealership is 60 miles away but we will be back for our next vehicle.
