The Best Customer Service received by Sales Rep Eduardo Berrios. He went above and beyond with his knowledge of the car- answering all my questions. In addition, he was very patience working with me for two weeks until I finally decided to purchase the SUV. The whole buying process was easy and fast thanks to financial manager Namir Santiago, who was also very knowledgeable and didn’t mind explaining everything in detail.
Excellent service. But, unfortunately my last visit for service wasn't too good at all. By mistake I left my cellphone charger connected and when I got home I realize it wasn't there. If the one who took it was in need of a charger, could just ask me and I could gave it as a gift. Things that should not happen.
Excellent service, car maintenance and oil/filtro change is very complete and advise about other points to review or repair, even if you repair or not with them. Thank you your save my live again.
